The School Aged Immunisation Service has now transferred to IntraHealth. If you need to get in touch with the service about any of your child's vaccinations please phone 03333 583397 (and select option 5) or email immunisations.derbyshire@intrahealth.co.uk

Any data regarding any outstanding vaccinations will be handed over to IntraHealth. If you do not wish for this data to be transferred please contact DCHST.immunisationteam@nhs.net
