Our helpline and ChatHealth text messaging services will be closed for the May bank holidays on Monday 4th May and Monday 25th May. They will reopen on the following Tuesdays as normal.
On Wednesday 3rd June our helpline will be closed from 10am - 2pm for staff training. Our helpline will reopen after this time. During this time the 0-5 parents and carers ChatHealth text messaging service will also be closed. If you text us during this time, a member of the team will respond once we have reopened.
The 5-19 parent and carer ChatHealth line and the 11-19 young people ChatHealth line will remain open as usual.
If you phone when we are closed, please leave a message and one of the team will reply to your enquiry when we return. If your child becomes unwell at any time please seek further medical advice by either contacting your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency dial 999 or visit A&E.
