We want to change the story of infant feeding.
We know everyone’s journey of how they feed their baby is different. Sometimes it doesn't go to plan. Sometimes you want to do things differently to how those around you fed, or feed, their babies. Sometimes you just want to feel good enough.
We want to help you feel confident in the choices you make about feeding your baby. Our ‘I Choose’ webpages have lots of information about how we can support you to make a choice that’s right for you.
I choose to be good enough
There's no such thing as the perfect parent. Having a newborn is hard. Try to be kind to yourself.
We’re here even when we disagree
Mum may choose to feed their baby differently to you or those in your social circle. It's important that you support mum to feel confident with their feeding choices.
I choose to ask tricky questions
Some of the questions you might have about feeding your baby might seem embarrassing or silly, but they're not. You're not on your own thinking about these things.
We’re here when they have bad days
It's ok for parents to not be perfect. They need to know you'll be there for them when they're struggling.
