My baby and me – Postnatal group

We know having a baby brings about lots of change and can feel overwhelming at times. There is a focus on the importance of looking after yourself and ways to help you in understanding your baby, which we hope will help you in your new role as a parent.
The group runs in a block of 4 weekly sessions. There is no need to book a place just come along on the day. If you miss a session don’t worry you can come along and join in the next block running in your area.
